- Enjoy a Family Tour of Avebury’s stone circles and henge on Wednesdays and Sundays during half term, with a special Dark Skies: Family Stone Circle Walk on Friday 1 November.
- The National Trust is hosting its annual Apple weekend celebrations 26-27 October, to celebrate the apple harvest with apple tastings, apple pressing and children’s activities in the Avebury Manor Garden Orchard.

- Step inside the Moons and Megaliths pop-up planetarium at Stonehenge for a journey through the solar system with an expert astronomer 26 October – 3 November.
- Discover a new Major Lunar Standstill exhibition at the Stonehenge visitor centre focusing on ongoing research about the Moon’s influence on Stonehenge 26 October – 31 December.
