In June 2012 a youth summit was held in Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site.  Young people from World Heritage Sites from across the UK competed for a place to attend by completing a “digital scrapbook” with the theme of “Who Are We and What does our World Heritage Site mean to us?”. This could take the form of a powerpoint presentation, a film, web-page, flickr page or blog.

Two schools from Stonehenge and Avebury attended.  Sheldon School, Chippenham represented Avebury and South Wilts Grammar School for Girls represented Stonehenge. You can find out more about what happened at the Summit by visiting the summit website
